Does he just not have anything else to focus on?
From tomorrow morning’s NYTimes:
The Obama administration is planning to issue a sweeping directive telling every public school district in the country to allow transgender students to use the bathrooms that match their gender identity.A letter to school districts will go out Friday, adding to a highly charged debate over transgender rights in the middle of the administration’s legal fight with North Carolina over the issue. The declaration — signed by Justice and Education department officials — will describe what schools should do to ensure that none of their students is discriminated against.
It does not have the force of law, but it contains an implicit threat: Schools that do not abide by the Obama administration’s interpretation of the law could face lawsuits or a loss of federal aid.
So he really has nothing better to do than to obsess over the .003% of students who have some degree of abnormality in what or how they reconcile their genitalia with their feelings?
But wait… It won’t just be the students.
Male teachers who feel like they are identifying as “female” on a given day may decide to use the lockerroom on a given day as well.I’ve argued from the beginning that it’s not the actual “transgendered” population that worries me. But rather the strictest enforcement of restraining normal red-blooded heteros who want to view naked cheerleaders, and other high school/college aged girls in their most vulnerable state–or rather the inability to that is far more problematic.
And further why is this such a pressing issue that in the midst of ISIS, economic stagnation, weak national defense, porous borders, etc that THIS is what our nation’s schools must focus on?
For the very reason that there are far more red-blooded hetero males who at the ages of 13-19 are developmentally as constantly sexually aware as they will ever be, and the ease with which they can not only exploit the rules but file a lawsuit against any school that won’t allow them to, these schools must defy!
Defy Obama, the DEPT of Ed, the DEPT of Justice, Loretta Lynch and the activists who will join the throng as soon as they realize a near non-stop menu of naked female is on the menu, and you will be able to look your children in the face someday and claim you stood up for them!
